Dr. Webb then completed his residency at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton, Massachusetts, before practicing as an OB/GYN in Scottsdale, Arizona for nearly 30 years. He is one of Arizona’s most recognized doctors in women’s health and has been voted Top Doctor by Phoenix Magazine on several occasions by his peers. A frequent educator of women’s health throughout the country, Dr. Webb is often found speaking at the University of Arizona in Tucson.

Dr. Russell Bartels is a board-certified OB/GYN and the co-founder of Vitality MDs in Scottsdale, Arizona. He specializes in cosmetic gynecology, surgical and non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation, and PRP treatment to enhance sexual response and address bladder control issues. In addition to traditional OB/GYN services, he offers a host of aesthetic services for men and women in accordance with his mantra, “Feel better, function better, and look better.’

Dr. Bartels completed his medical residency at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan, where he was chief resident and received several awards recognizing his minimally invasive laparoscopic surgical skills.
